A mentor is a specialist who can give your business, customised, individual support which will assist you in meeting your business goals. You are the decision maker. Confidentiality
Mutual trust and openess form the basis of the relationship between a mentor and a company. In order for the mentor to advise, often they need to have a detailed understanding of your company’s situation. Subsequently, Innovate mentors sign a strict confidentiality agreement before taking on assignments. This is a legally binding document which prevents mentors disclosing details of your business to third parties without your permission.
Feedback
Mentoring is a dynamic process. The mentor will provide periodic progress reports on the assignment and will also look for feedback on how they have assisted your business or areas to for further development.
