There are two Business Innovation Officers, Sharon Tracey in Omagh Enterprise Compnany and Johnny Beirne in Leitrim County Enterprise Board, who will assist you in identifying aspects of your business which can be improved.
This is achieved through visits to your business and discussing areas you feel can be changed for the better. During these meetings, the project manger may also identify aspects of the business that could be improved through other functions of INNOVATE i.e. introducing a new process/technology, mentoring and/or training.
